Let’s start with the basics: I’m 32, I live in Chicago, and often feel like the walking cliché: the actor-bartender-faggot-grad student. I prefer to think of myself as a Kansas farm boy who got out the first moment he could and ended up in the big city where he belongs. I’m a workaholic who is still trying to decide what I want to do for a living, fighting the typical battle between financial security and personal happiness. Tons of friends, but chronically single. I have a big heart, but I definitely wear it on my sleeve. I try to act all jaded and fatalist, but everyone sees through it.
Big old geek. Geek pride! I know what I like, what I want, and I’m not afraid to say it. Just don’t waste my time. Remember, I’m insanely quick.
Besides that, I’m just like the rest of you. Two legs, two arms, one head, one heart, and a sense of humor. The rest is just details.
